LithosPOS is the first-party point of sale. Its integration is **document-level**: each POS session's sales, tenders and returns arrive in OneBooks as invoices, payments and credit notes against the Cash Customer, with tax and discounts, so your receivables, tax reports and ledger show the same detail as the POS.

## Connect

1. In LithosPOS, open the accounting integration and choose **OneBooks**.
2. Sign in to OneBooks in the window that opens, pick the business and select **Approve**.
3. Back in LithosPOS, map the POS tenders (cash, card, wallet…) to the OneBooks cash and bank accounts, and the POS taxes to your tax rates.

The connection appears under **Apps → Installed** and under **Apps → Apps** as a connected app, where you can revoke it.

## What is posted

- **Sales** — an invoice per sale (or per session summary, depending on the sync mode chosen in LithosPOS), sent immediately.
- **Tenders** — a payment per tender against that invoice, into the mapped cash or bank account.
- **Returns and refunds** — a confirmed credit note and, when money was handed back, a refund.
- **Voids** — voided POS sales void the corresponding invoice (only if unpaid).

Each POS sale carries a reference, so a replayed session is never posted twice.

## The Free plan

Businesses using LithosPOS (or another OneBooks partner application) get OneBooks **free** — the full product, no feature limits. Choose **Free** at sign-up or in **Settings → Billing & Plan**. See [Billing and plans](https://docs.getonebooks.com/settings/billing/).
