Credits and limits

AI usage is metered in credits. Every business gets a weekly allowance, shown in the chip at the top of the assistant, so you always know where you stand.

  • Every business receives 200 credits per week (plans can carry a higher allowance).
  • The week is anchored to the moment the business signed up: a business created on a Monday at 14:30 renews every Monday at 14:30.
  • At renewal the balance resets to the allowance — unused credits do not roll over.
  • The chip shows Renews … with the next reset time.

A credit is worth one cent of AI usage. A short question with a small report costs a fraction of a credit; a long conversation with several reports or images costs more. The exact charge for each reply is deducted as it happens; the balance in the chip is live.

When the balance reaches zero, the assistant stops until the next renewal (or a grant from support). Everything else in OneBooks keeps working.

  • A daily message cap per business against runaway use.
  • Conversations are capped at a number of tool calls per reply; the assistant will ask you to narrow a request rather than run forever.
  • For external agents over MCP: 120 requests per minute per address and a weekly call cap per business, on the same renewal cycle. See Connect Claude or ChatGPT.
