Company settings
Settings → Business Profile holds the facts about your business. Owners and admins can edit it; other roles can view it.
| Field | Used for |

| Logo | Printed on all documents (per-document overrides in print templates). |
| Business name / Legal name | Shown in the app and printed on documents. |
| Tax name and Tax ID | The tax label on documents and reports (VAT, GST, Sales Tax…) and your registration number. |
| Country and State / Province | Currency, tax defaults and country-specific features. Locked once transactions exist — see Choose your country. |
| Financial year starts in | Fiscal-year boundaries for reports and closing. |
| Default payment terms | Due dates on new invoices. |
| Address, phone, email | Printed on documents and used as the sender identity. |
Saudi businesses maintain their VAT number, national address and Arabic names under Settings → KSA ZATCA — see Saudi Arabia.
