Invoices

Overdue and Unpaid are filters over Sent and Partially Paid.
Quotes
Section titled “Quotes”Draft → Sent → Accepted / Rejected → Converted; Expired when the valid-until date passes.
Sales returns and purchase returns
Section titled “Sales returns and purchase returns”Draft → Confirmed → Partially Refunded → Refunded; Void reverses a confirmed return.
Purchases
Section titled “Purchases”Draft → Received (finalized) → Partially Paid → Paid; Void reverses a received purchase.
Bank statements and lines
Section titled “Bank statements and lines”Statement: Draft → Reconciled. Line: Unmatched, Matched, Ignored, Created (an entry was created from the line).
Fiscal years
Section titled “Fiscal years”Open → Locked → Closed; Reopen returns a closed year to Locked.
ZATCA submissions (Saudi Arabia)
Section titled “ZATCA submissions (Saudi Arabia)”Not submitted (drafts) → Pending → Submitting → Cleared (standard) or Reported (simplified), possibly With warnings; Rejected (data error — fix and resubmit) or Failed (retrying).
AI proposals
Section titled “AI proposals”Awaiting confirmation → Confirmed / Cancelled / Expired / Failed.
POS daily syncs
Section titled “POS daily syncs”Pending → Posted / Failed / Skipped (no sales that day).
